As part of HSBC’s commitment to the environment, we have a programme to promote the use of online e-statements instead of paper statements. E-statements are quick and convenient to access, and cutting out paper statements reduces CO2 emissions and power consumption.

Following positive reaction to this initiative, from January, 20, 2009 we will stop sending paper statements to customers who currently receive both an e-statement and a paper statement.

If you still wish to receive paper statements (thus forfeiting the fee waiver), please contact our customer service center where you can adjust your statement settings. We thank you for your cooperation.
