Date: 14 April 2010 The Notification for the Revisions of BusinessVantage Account Terms & Conditions

HSBC will revise the certain part of BusinessVantage Account terms & conditions. This change will be effective from 14June2010. The original one is still applicable before the effective date. According to the BusinessVatange Account Terms and conditions, the Bank may, via a written notice, posted at visible area of the Bank’s branches or announced on the Bank’s Internet main page at least 60 days in advance, amend the terms and conditions of BusinessVantage Account for Dormant Accounts. If the Customer disagrees with such amendments, the Customer may notify the bank in written form within the 60-day notification period to terminate various accounts, activities, transactions, services or the Master Agreement, and. the Customer needs to be cooperative with the Bank in account closing procedure. If the Customer fails to notify of termination within the 60 days notification period and continues to conduct transactions with or using services of the Bank, the Customer shall be deemed to agree with the amendments. II. Deposit Agreement
2.5 Dormant Accounts
In the event that any of the Undersigned’s accounts has no withdrawals (included fund transfer) for over one year (365 days)In addition, the Bank could transfer the balance of the dormant account into a suspense account without a notice to the Undersigned, and/or cease to provide the account service in whole or in part (including but not limited to outward/inward remittance), and the Bank would not pay the interest to the Undersigned. For the dormant account, the Bank may, according to Clause 1.18 of the Master Agreement to terminate the account relationship with the Undersigned.





VIII. Business Phone Banking Service
8.3.2 For security reasons, the Bank will suspend the Phone Banking Service if consecutive invalid PIN entries for three times or above or not use of our phone banking service for the last 12 months. The Undersigned will be required to apply a new phone banking service.

Such accounts' interest accrual and crediting methods will not be the same as those of normal accounts, the Bank may, via a bank statement or posted at visible area of the Bank’s branches or announced on the Bank’s Internet main page to notice the Undersigned. For the dormant account, the Bank may, according to Clause 1.18 of the Master Agreement to terminate the account relationship with the Undersigned.
