We would like to inform you that based on current foreign currency related regulations, the foreign currency transactions for non-residents via personal internet banking are restricted.

As such, starting 10 Dec, 2010, foreign national who does not have a Taiwan Resident Certificate or an Alien Resident Certificate, or who has relevant residence certificate with a validity of less than one year may only conduct foreign currency related transactions via vising our branches in person or by calling our 24 hours Customer Care Center. Nevertheless, Unit Trust transactions on personal internet banking are currently not affected.
