To improve the security of ATM card transactions, per Financial Supervisory Commission request, HSBC will terminate all local transaction functions through magnetic strip ATM card starting 28 Jun ,2011. However, overseas transactions through magnetic strip ATM card will not be impacted.

We request you to apply for a Chip ATM card with HSBC at your earliest convenience to enable you to continue enjoying all the features of your ATM card.
