To allow you more efficient and effective management of your credit card spending, HSBC offers you online@hsbc - Internet Credit Card Services (available in Chinese only). With Internet Credit Card Services, you can inquire on credit card transactions made, check bonus points and redeem gifts online, use the Spending Analysis and analyse credit card spending habits, apply for cash advances and even activate and customise user settings for your credit card Short Message Service.

Applicable subjects

Cardholders of a valid HSBC credit card, private label card, or corporate card (main or supplementary)

Service specifics

online@hsbc Internet Credit Card Services offers a number of services, including statement inquiry, bonus points inquiry and redemption, Spending Analysis, online cash advance application, online credit card application and short message service activation and settings.

• Statement inquiry:
  previous statements and most recent account details for all your credit cards, available balance and payment history.
• Reward programme
  updated accrued points and redemption history.
• Reward programme online redemption:
  this service allows you to redeem your points for exceptional gifts online
• Spending Analysis: an analysis of your credit card spending habits, categorized into types such as dining and entertainment.
• Online cash advance:
  cash advances can now be applied online after presetting remittance accounts (maximum of five) at our branch.
• Online credit card application:
  credit cards can now be applied online
• Short Message Service:
  Short Message Service can be activated and customised online for your mobile phone or email.
• Email and Personal Information: an HSBC email account is provided with your Internet Credit Card Services in order for you to be updated on your credit card finances and special offers. Your personal email address, mobile phone number, and Internet Credit Card Services password can also be changed.
