
Main cardholder can select service settings for both main and supplementary cards; supplementary cardholder can only select service for the supplementary card. Service shall be selected for each HSBC credit card account separately.
Message will be sent upon receiving credit card payment.
Receive message notice if any of the three types of transaction below occurs:
Amount stated in the short message may differ from the actual amount charged due to MasterCard or VISA global transaction system and any currency exchanges incurred. Please refer to your monthly statement for the exact charged amount.
Be notified when your credit card balance has exceeded a pre-set amount.
Example: Credit limit of TWD100,000 and alert set at TWD30,000 or 30%. When credit card balance reaches this amount, a notification message will be sent to your mobile phone.
Message notices will be sent for any credit card accounts pass-due. HSBC Short Message Service is terminated when the account has been three months overdue and will resume when payments due are received.
A message will be sent if an unusual transaction has occurred and we are unable to reach you for verification. Please contact HSBC immediately as instructed on the message.
HSBC will keep you informed of our financial services and recent activities including promotional giveaways and discounts when you activate Short Message Service. A birthday greeting will also be sent on your birthday. Service cancelable upon request.
