Register for Internet Banking Service
If you have a personal bank account with HSBC, you can register now to set up internet banking. The process is quick and easy.
The first step is to identify yourself, which you can do in one of two ways:
Option 1: using your bank account number (first 9 digits) plus your phone banking PIN (6 digits)
Option 2: using your ATM card or Visa Debit card number (View Sample) plus your magnetic stripe PIN (4 digits) and Issue number

Important Notice
  • The existing Security Device has been invalid since 31 December 2013. You are required to log on to Personal Internet Banking by using the new Security Device effective 1 January 2014. If you are still using existing Security Device, please call HSBC 24-hr Customer Service hotline at (02)8072-3000 for Security Device upgrade.
  • A kind reminder to change your password periodically to protect your account, if you have not changed your password within three months, we recommend you to log-in and change your password immediately.
  • We have been made aware of fraudulent emails aimed at obtaining HSBC customer's Internet banking ID and password.
    Please note that no email from HSBC will require you to input personal, confidential information or contain a hyperlink to our Internet banking logon page. If you receive such an email, please delete it and contact us on (02)8072-3000. Please click here for more security tips.
