Mobile Banking is evolving
At HSBC, we focus on delivering best in class digital services to our customers. As part of this commitment, we are in the process of implementing new online and mobile banking experiences to you in Taiwan.
Whilst we continue our evolution, some functions that you have previously used online may, for a short time, only be available through the call center or our branches. Please refer to below link for more detail on the service change.
What can you do with the app?
- Keep a close eye on your transactionsWatching your incomings and outgoings couldn't be easier, as you can check your account balances quickly.
- Move money with easeSend money to your saved payees in just a few seconds. Transferring money between your own accounts is even easier.
- Do your international bankingIf you're Premier or Advance customer with HSBC accounts in other countries, you can do your international banking with the app too.
- Stay in touchYou can send us messages through the app in the ‘Bank Mail‘ section, as well as read and delete messages we've sent you.
- Our Security DeviceWith the HSBC mobile app and security device-token, you can be assured that your banking will be secure.
