Social Media presents a unique opportunity for these interactions and through this platform we are better able to connect with our customers, the public, and the communities in which we operate.

HSBC operates channels, pages and accounts on some social media sites to inform, assist and engage with customers. Unless stated otherwise, these are intended for Taiwan customers. We monitor and record comments and posts made on these channels about HSBC so that we can improve our services.
